The Physiotherapy Service of the Western Isles NHS Board is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist who would like to join our dynamic Out-patient Team. You will be based in the Western Isles Hospital, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, where you will provide a Musculoskeletal Out-patient Service. One of the essential requirements of this post will be evidence of post graduate experience, working towards specialization in, Musculo-skeletal Out-patients.
The Western Isles are a chain of islands lying off the north- west coast of Scotland. The Isle of Lewis is the largest of the Islands of the Western Isles, situated off the West Coast of Scotland. The Western Isles Hospital is a 70 bed hospital which is located in Stornoway, the largest town in the Western Isles (total population is 26,000). The Western Isles provide an excellent environment in which to live and work; housing costs and crime rates are relatively low.
