Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team at the Seven Room Boutique guest house with rooms and a spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, overseeing front-of-house operations, and handling occasional duty manager duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Handle front-of-house operations, including managing the guest check-in and check-out process, managing guest keys, and handling guest complaints and concerns.
- Occasional duty manager duties such as stock control, handling payments and reporting maintenance issues.
- Ensure that the front-of-house area is well-maintained, organised, and adequately equipped with all necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the management team and other staff to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work a mix of shifts, from 8AM to 11PM, with the flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.
- The ability to drive is advisable but not required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and carry out moving and handling.
