RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage with clients as they enter the shop
• Keep appointments running efficiently and on time
• Give the best service possible through barbering and customer service
• Anticipate client needs by being able to identify needs and offer solutions through service options and product offerings
• Read & understand the Apothecary 87 Handbook and expectations, especially around service
• Ensure the workspace and shop is kept clean and tidy at all times, as well as maintain shop functionality, such as; sweeping, keeping towels laundered and folded, etc.
• Efficiently perform all front desk duties, such as scheduling, taking payment, support client queeries, etc.
• Regular marketing & contributions to brand awareness & to grow client base
• Maintain a well groomed appearance as the face of our brand
• Support other members of the team as needed
