A fantastic opportunity within a caring organisation. You will be responsible for the management and production of content for the website, social media channels and other marketing materials.

Main duties will include:

• Administer Websites & Publish Content.
• Monitor & Optimise Marketing Campaigns.
• Social media management - Generating engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media channels, responding to comments and continuing to grow audience reach and engagement.
• Website Management - Producing and uploading content to the website, SEO management, updating existing content in line with trends and business updates.
• Analyse content performance (in social media, website, mailings and other platforms) and make recommendations on how to improve engagement using tools such as Google analytics.
• Produce content for and analyse marketing campaigns performance and making recommendations on how to improve results.
• Producing marketing materials such as graphics, one pagers, brochures, emails and other digital assets in-line with briefs.
• Working with Scheme staff to actively enhance their understanding of the Scheme’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and marketing strategy.
• Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver efficient communications solutions and projects.

• Excellent relationship building skills. Able to react quickly and efficiently to internal and customer issues and provide workable solutions.
• Proactive approach.
• First class project/campaign management skills and experienced in handling multiple projects.
• Able to work on collaborative projects across the team and other departments.
• Knowledge of digital trends and marketing processes in order to support the team.
• Analytical, logical, strong numerical skills.
