IKEA London are recruiting for Kitchen Design Consultants to join their growing team!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You are a self-driven individual, who works flexibly to meet the customer's needs. You work efficiently and can manage your own customer portfolio and workload. You are agile and adaptable to make yourself available to the customer in a location of their choosing, whilst still delivering the same planning experience.
In this role, you will meet customers off-site: at their homes, workplaces or even in a café to bring the IKEA planning experience to the wider market!

- Ability to work on agreed working methods independently and reliably

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pro-actively engage with customers to provide the highest level of planning service throughout the full omni-channel.
- Apply all relevant tools, techniques and channels of communication to provide the best solution that meet and exceed the customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
- Actively keep updated with IKEA products features, ensuring co-workers possess the relevant product knowledge, using that knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Objectively and critically assess competitors products and provide recommendations to IKEA
- Contribute to the market business plan by delivering on the business and personal goals set.
- Reduce the impact of Sad Flow on the customer and the IKEA brand and how you can contribute towards prevention.
- Actively promote and sell the wide range of services available in the IKEA store to help customers make informed choices working with the Installation Sales and store teams to ensure the customer journey is a seamless end to end process.
- Maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability by tracking, following-up and converting customers & actively steer towards top selling prioritised products.
- Familiarity with the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All positions available are full-time and permanent. You will work 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including evenings and alternate weekends.
You are responsible for your travel within the London market to your base unit, which is inclusive of the salary. You will be expected to frequently and freely travel across the London Market as part of this role.
