Front of House (Assistant Manager)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £22,000 - (Salary depending on skills & experience)
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Front of House Assistant Manager, to join us at The Orangery Tea House.
As a Front of House Assistant Manager it is your role to lead by example, welcome our customers and provide a warm dining experience, by building a rapport and assisting with the smooth running of the restaurant.
Having a knowledge of Fine Dining and previous experience would be an advantage in this role.
About the job:
- To assist the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the restaurant
- Meeting and greeting our customers
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and compliance with all health & safety regulations within the restaurant area
- Daily stock rotation, presentation and ordering
- Running food & drink
- Dealing with customer queries and requests
- Train new staff members when called upon
- Till operation
- Cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Ability to remain calm and take direction
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence
Please note as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a trial shift.
