A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join one of our successful teams helping Support the Senior Client Servicing team with their day-to-day roles to ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects.
Reporting to Client Services Director we're looking for an ambitious and highly motivated team player with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Provide effective, accurate and timely contact and status reports from internal and external meetings
- Support the adherence to internal and external schedules, and budgets
- Assist in project administration (producing contact reports, schedules, initial estimates etc)
- Demonstrate financial responsibility through effective costing, budget development and reconciliation – in conjunction with the Client Services Directors.
- Working alongside the Client Services Directors to produce thorough, accurate, clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with agencies and third-party suppliers where appropriate to source components of projects (e.g. assets, scripts, schedules, video, photography etc.)
- Take ownership of the delivery of a range of projects (with oversight from the Client Services Directors)
- Budget management including consolidation of project costs and making sure all costs are within budget
- Research information for projects, compile and present to team as necessary
- Manage small jobs for the Account Team and Clients as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, for example (but not limited to) ISO documentation, Information Security training.
- Some prior project management experience and/or administrative experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience with developing business relationships
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- GMail / Google Docs, desirable but not essential
