CarePro is a leading healthcare recruitment specialist recruiting nurses of all bands and specialties for acute, primary care and mental-health positions in the NHS hospitals across the United Kingdom .
We are looking for skilled midwives to provide a high standard of safe individualized care to women, birthing people and their families. Full time / part time / flexible working
- Work within a variety of designated clinical areas providing a high standard of holistic, evidenced based care to women and their babies across the continuum of childbirth.
- Work as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team with a good understanding of the various roles to ensure appropriate referrals are made.
- Provide effective, individualised, women-centred, evidence-based midwifery led care.
- Provide support, education and mentorship to other midwives, student midwives and designated support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Up-to-date CV
- NMC
- 6 MONTHS NHS EXPERIENCE
- Indemnity Insurance
- Diploma or degree in nursing.
- Registered member of the Health Professions Council.
- Possess excellent organization and communication skills.
- Be an excellent interpersonal worker, maintaining consistent and effective workplace relationships
