This role will be an instrumental part of the new product team in the content and marketing organisation. The Content Management Associate will be working closely with and reporting to the Insights Product Manager.
The Insights product team looks after Preqin’s content and information offerings. This includes Preqin’s content offering, the Insights+, a premium content subscription and Preqin News.

Role Overview


Reporting to the Insights Product Manager, the Content Management Associate is responsible for maintaining all content updates on the Insights platform.
The Content Management Associate is hands on and has a keen eye for detail, to ensure the Insights platform reflects the high standard that Preqin works to. They are also customer-centric and impact-driven, to ensure all our initiatives and efforts are adding real value to our customers.
This role requires a creative and organised web content manager, who has an appreciation for UX, is technically aware and passionate about all things digital. It also requires a flair for storytelling grounded in data and analytics.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:

Website content management
  • Carry out CMS content updates on our Insights platform that reaches global influencers at the world’s top financial firms.
  • Resize, adapt and optimise images, videos and other digital assets as needed.
  • Support the testing of new web experiences, adhering to a quality assurance process.
  • Support the wider, cross-functional team on ongoing digital content projects.

Analytics and reporting
  • Provide regular reporting on content performance.
  • Support the wider team make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
You are a good fit if:

  • Experience working with content management systems and/or creating websites.
  • Passionate about building web products customers love.
  • Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and respond quickly.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Previous experience with CMS systems, ideally Contentful, Storyblok, Adobe Experience Manager or similar.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Knowledge of a web Analytics tool (eg Google Analytics, Heap).
  • Experience with task management tools (eg Asana, Jira).
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma or any digital assets editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of wireframing and creating user journeys using tools such as Lucid.
