All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green Uber style installers app, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day.
Due to expansion, we have a new exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to be a part of our ongoing success.

Recruitment Assistant Duties:
Assisting the Head of HR & Recruitment, you will be:
- Sourcing potential candidates for office and field based positions via job boards, talent pools, social media and other channels available to recruit top talent;
- CV screening and conducting telephone interviews to shortlist exceptional candidates;
- Effectively manage job boards and social media, whilst passionately promoting our company brand;
- Achieving recruitment targets in line with company growth;
- Checking Right To Works, obtaining references and relevant qualifications;
- Assisting with onboarding successful candidates;
- Dealing with general administration and providing any other ad hoc support needed.
The candidate we want!
- Has at least 1 years experience within a similar role;
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth focused mindset;
- Confident, personable and builds exceptional relationships;
- Thinks outside the box to develop new and unique recruitment strategies;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, combined with an eye for detail;
- Driven by results and exceeding targets.
