Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a large multi product retailer, leader in the industry thanks to its long reputation. The role will be covering a large number of stores across Northern Ireland and Scotland.
The HR business partner will be responsible for delivering seamlessly all the HR strategies, planning and implementing all the HR services and making sure that company targets are met. The role will be in charge to drive successful changes through new HR strategies, bringing new ideas in the team and dealing with ER matters. You will be coaching individual managers and carry out training sessions, where required and led by business need, on HR related issues, including reviews, absence management and managing individual performance and behaviour, in particular to up-skill managers to be able to carry out difficult conversations. You will Work collaboratively across the entire HR team, sharing knowledge to ensure a consistent approach across the company.

The role pays up to £55,000 plus £6,192.00 car allowance, plus a benefits package including health insurance and pension contribution.
