Implementation Assistant
Salary: between £25,000 and £28,000

A bit about the job:
You will assist the Implementation Managers to build and maintain project plans, liaising with stakeholders as required and support the team to ensure the right processes are followed, monthly payments are made on time, and essential housekeeping is performed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing data in line with benefit specifications provided by Employee Benefit Consultancies for quote purposes and collating additional information needed to administer schemes. You will be confident to take ownership for a small number of the schemes won from inception through to final on-boarding, working closely with Employee Benefit Consultants and Trustees with support from the team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent project management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Defined benefit pensions knowledge beneficial
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to manage large data sets
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £25,000 and £28,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
