The successful candidate will be the assured and professional face and be the voice of the company to its visitors and callers as well as the go-to support person for the busy office and maintenance team.
The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, therefore organisational skills are of the upmost importance to manage both the office space and their own work load. Duties will include but are not limited to, Portfolio Void Management of existing and new properties with Local Councils and Local Government. Assisting the directors and team with the office organisation, booking jobs, managing the contractor diaries and submission of data to accounts, to develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures, to develop and maintain a filing system, to create spreadsheets and working documents and to greet and provide general support to visitors.
He or she will also have a range of other support duties including managing the incoming phone and emails, typing of quotes, letters and other correspondence, ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing the office key system and generally keeping the office running smoothly. Part of the role will be to assist with managing several estates within London and the surrounding areas and a degree of travel will be required for the role. Ultimately, you should be able to think on your feet and support our Housing Officers and Maintenance team, ensuring our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. Maintaining full occupancy of stock within properties.

* Property Administrative experience ( 3 years minimum)
