RUNNING FOOD - is confident in carrying a tray with multiple food items, knows how to present food to guests RUNNING DRINKS - is confident in carrying a tray with multiple drinks, knows how to present drinks to guests CLEARING TABLES - knows how to carefully clear a table of empty glasses & knows how to clean & present the table for the next guests RESPONSIBILITIES DURING SERVICE - knows their working priorities during service ensuring all stations are clean, tidy & fully stocked at all times MISE EN PLACE - knows what to prepare for guests having food/drink i.e cutlery, napkins, coaster etc RUBBISH - understands our rubbish removal process, handling broken glass, location of bins & refuse BENEFITS FINDERS BONUS SALARIED EMPLOYEE £1,000 HOURLY EMPLOYEE £250 Send your possible candidates CV to your General Manager.
