An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cardiology Department here at Dorset County Hospital. We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Healthcare Science Practitioner to join our friendly team on a fixed-term (3 year) contract.
We will offer the successful candidate a fully funded Healthcare Science Practitioner Degree Apprenticeship provided by UWE, Bristol. Starting around Sept 2023). Whilst being paid an apprenticeship salary.
On completing this apprenticeship successfully, you will have a BSc(Hons) in Healthcare Science (Physiological Sciences), with recognition of the specialist pathway in cardiac physiology. The course is accredited by the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) and the National School of Healthcare Science as part of Health Education England.
