GMC Registered Practice
Salaried GP required, someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and committed doctor to join our friendly, dispensing rural practice.
The successful candidate will be required to provide patients with clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and if required onward referral with both face to face appointments and telephone consultations. Occasional home visits to patients may be required and regular clinical team meetings to attend.
Administrative duties will include referrals, prescription signing, clinical letter review, pathology results and management of medication.
About us:
We are a team of 2 partners, 1 salaried GP, with a shared patient list. We also have 1 prescribing nurse, who offers minor illness clinics & cryotherapy, 1 practice nurse, 1 HCA currently completing NA and 2 part-time phlebotomist. We have a full-time dispensary with 4 qualified dispensers, a comprehensive team of reception care navigators, secretaries, IT Administrator and Practice Manager. We offer a minor surgery clinic, joint injections and weekly midwife clinic.
The practice uses SystmOne Clinical system, Lexacom, Accurx, ICE.
We are part of the North Cotswold PCN, which include additional services with a team of Care Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Frailty Team, Social Prescriber, Project Manager and Business Manager.
We are on a shared a site with the local community North Cotswolds Hospital in a purpose built medical centre, in the North Cotswold town of Moreton-in-Marsh.
