We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our inspiring multinational business and right now we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join our team! Our Warehouse team at Dover play an integral part of our business. This involves a group of dedicated skilled staff who work to tight targets in a state of the art warehouse and stores.
The team receive and book in everything that is bought by the Megger Group. They send raw materials, used for making products, through to the manufacturing teams using rapid Kanban techniques. Manufactured products are stored in the Warehouse and picked, packed and shipped out to customers worldwide.
The team use forklift and pallet trucks together with handheld barcode scanners which are directly connected to the company wide computer system.
The key responsibilities
- Order management, including picking and packing of orders, implemented through our SAP system

Stock management/ control, including goods in and out

Liaising with other departments, including sales and customer service

Form a key part of the team to maintain current KPI's and help exceed them

Help review processes within the business and identify potential areas of improvement
