We are currently recruiting for part time office administrator at our busy Bristol Wholesale site . Full training will be provided as you move into your new role.
Hours: Monday to Friday / 15 hours a week
11am to 2.00 pm Some flexibility can be accommodated in relation to these hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing weekly payment runs for the above companies
· Responsible for ad hoc emergency payments upon request.
· Processing of overhead invoices onto above mentioned PL’s
· Processing of consignment invoices
· Resolution of day to day queries from suppliers.
· Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving where different
· Taking any orders by phone and any general queries
· General office duties
