What you will be doing
As a Senior Support Worker you’ll care for others without a second thought and changes lives for the better, with enhanced responsibilities for the team of Support Workers and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible care is provided to service users.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.
