Role: Delivery Lead
Location: Hybrid from our offices in London, Manchester or Chester. UK remote considered.
Canvas Reply is an ~100 person, and fast-growing, digital experience agency, development house, and consultancy with offices in London (HQ), Chester, Manchester, Minsk, Krakow, Chicago, and Auckland.

Requirements
We're looking for an established Delivery Lead with at least 4 years’ experience (if you have that experience from a consultancy or agency, even better).
This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in a Business or IT subject.
Responsibilities
Scrum Master -
- Preparing & Running scrum ceremonies.
- Helping to prioritising the backlog - this requires not only understanding priorities, but understanding the requirements enough to help the PO’s / BA’s with their job as well
- Resolving blockers for the team (whether this is technical blockers, process issues, access issues, whatever the case is).
- Be the conduit between other scrum teams, ensuring dependencies are planned & managed - Typically involved with Scrum of Scrums.
- Fostering a continual improvement mentality with your direct team and within wider program engagements.
Release Management -
- As the scrum master will be running scrum teams that will likely be iteratively releasing code into production environments, they will need to help guide the team and ensure proper process is followed for promoting code from lower development environments, all the way through to production.
- While technical leads & engineering managers will largely be responsible for this, we will need someone to be the ‘glue’ to ensure process is followed, and the team is all pointing in the same direction, especially with regards to prioritising workload if/when issues arise.
Project Management -
Ensure the team’s velocity is tracking against total scope and we are keeping the team ‘on track’ for delivery timelines, this type of work includes:
- T-shirt estimating new requirements and feeding these into the larger delivery plan to understand the impact.
- Keeping a track of team performance (forecast vs actual velocity, etc) & communicating this to senior stakeholders.
- Keeping track of release burnups, metrics for defect management, etc & communicating these to senior stakeholders.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of resource management, understanding gaps of skills/capability in the team & highlighting this to the delivery lead.
- Have high-level awareness of budget/scope/timelines and work with the Delivery lead to ensure this is managed & communicated to senior stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
