The Opportunity
As part of our dedication to growing and developing our staff, we are now looking for 3 Business Development Graduate's who will join our award-winning organisation, based from our London Bridge Sales office.
This fast paced, dynamic role will give you the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and make your mark in the exciting world of Cyber Security sales. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from SEP2’s Vendors and will play a key part in our growth plans for 2023.
This accelerated sales programme will give you the foundations to build a successful sales career. With the right mindset and intuition, you could potentially be earning a salary in excess of £100,000 with-in 3 – 4 years.
More about the role
After an initial 3-week intensive induction and training course you will be winning new business, gaining new customers and providing outstanding Cyber Security solutions that exceed expectations.
You will focus on building rapport with your customers and our vendors as well as conveying the SEP2 value proposition to everyone you meet.
Working and interacting via telephone, email, social media and face-to-face, you will:
- Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Vendors maximising our working partnerships.
- Identify and understand customer IT Security requirements, conveying the benefits of best-fit solutions.
- Explain the value of the solution via online demonstrations, on-site meetings and product evaluations.
- Work alongside other SEP2 team members to assist you in delivering the value proposition.
From the outset, you’ll have the chance to take responsibility for your own projects, giving you an excellent opportunity to take charge and make your own mark within the industry.
Other duties will include:
- Updating the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Reporting figures and statistics on a weekly basis
- Growing your network via social media and corporate events
What will you need?
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and drive to succeed whilst in a highly pressurised sale environment.
- Excellent communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate with professionals at all levels.
- The ability to take rejection, bounce back and continue with the day job as planned.
- Be confident in using all Microsoft packages.
Your Rewards
You’ll be starting on a salary between £21,000 – £23,000 per annum with on target earnings of £30,000 – £32,000 per annum. Commission is uncapped.

Please note, virtual interviews will be 6th & 7th March 2023 (1st stage). Should you be successful at first stage, Face to Face interviews will be held on Friday 10th March 2023 in our London office.
