Job Type: Permanent following initial three month probation period.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to Libra’s expansion into retail concessions. Situated in a prestigious department store in Brent Cross, you would be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of Libra’s retail channel.

About you:
You will have strong face to face sales experience, ideally in fashion or home.
You will possess the ability to up-sell and cross sell and be used to exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
You will be able to work on your own with minimum supervision and to take responsibility for decision making.
You will be expected to have a strong desire to make a real difference to each and every customer you meet. You will do this by creating a memorable shopping experience and by providing all necessary product knowledge for them to make an informed and enjoyable purchase.
You will be well-presented, articulate and confident when speaking to customers and leave a positive and lasting impression of yourself and the brand.
You will have flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
