We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced host/hostess to join our front of house team.
Our Hosts are the first and last impression made on our guests and are therefore an integral part of what makes Coppa Club so memorable! As a Host you strive to make every individuals day by exceeding expectations and maintaining a consistent and world class service throughout their time with us.
As Coppa Club Host you will work closely with our central reservations team to manage a busy reservations diary.
About You
As a Coppa Host / Hostess, you'll be warm, welcoming and wonderful. As the first point of contact you’re a brilliant organiser who loves interacting with people. Charming and brimming with enthusiasm and information to share with our guests.

Proven experience as a Host within a fast-paced restaurant environment

Previous experience working as a Waiter / Waitress
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience working with online booking systems is required (ResDiary preferred)

Where you'll be working as a Coppa host
Coppa Club Guildford will be second of the Townhouse variety of Coppa Clubs. A three-storey, all-day venue on the busy High Street, it will boast café-work space on the ground floor and a bold mural leading the guests’ eye up the stairwell to the first-floor dining space and declinational bar on the top floor.
