Fred.\\ Holidays is a tailor-made tour operator with distinct specialist sales areas including, European Land, Rail Journeys, Ocean Cruises and River Cruises. Each product is hand crafted by our specialist sales team adapting the holiday to the customers’ requirements, this includes hotel rating and location, UK departure points, inclusive activities, multi-centre stays and more.
As our product portfolio expands, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for travel to specialise in our River Cruise product areas.
The successful candidate will act as an ambassador to the Fred.\\ Tour Operation through a drive to convert sales leads into confirmed reservations whilst maintaining high customer service standards and income levels.
As a member of this fast-paced team, you will undertake sales enquiries specialising in River Cruise related packages whilst acting as overflow for our land and rail product portfolio.

This is a full time position working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00) This position can be a home working position or based at our Ipswich Head Office (Please note that during the first week of employment it would be required to have face to face training at our Ipswich Office)
The successful candidate will need to have travel experience including river cruise sales.
