Job Description
The purpose of this role is to help ISS become the world’s greatest service organisation by providing service performance facilitating our customers’ purpose through people empowerment.
This role is dedicated to the BNP Paribas (BNPP) account, based in Harewood Avenue, Marylebone, London and provides invaluable support taking ownership and management across the operations for all service line provided by ISS which includes:
- Cleaning and Waste Services
- Mailroom and Print
- Workplace Services
- Client Services (Front of House, Room Bookings, Switchboard)
The role provides both assistance and support for the ISS Services Delivery Team and for the Key Account Manager in parallel with supporting the client team and the general FM function for BNPP.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all the operations and Head of Departments across the service lines delivered to BNPP
- Total management and ownership of Aldermanbury square site
- Deputise for Key Account Manager (KAM) in Client Meetings and in during absence holiday/sickness etc
- Deliver both contractual KPI’s and ISS KPI’s
- Lead on ISS Projects with the support of the SME
- Head up People and Culture for account
- Head up Employee Engagement for account
- To be aware of the areas of Risk Management within the business and alleviate risk across the operation and facilities
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and focus to ensure all account decisions are finally viable
- Drive commercial opportunities were possible
- Monitor and measure performance across the portfolio, critiquing and being cognisant of requirements to focus the front of house team’s delivery
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Facilities Coordination or Management Experience (3+ Years)
- Team Management Experience (5 Years)
- Systems Experience (MS Office, PO Systems, Payroll)
- Experience in Front of House desirable but not essential
- Experience in Mailroom operations desirable but not essential
- Excellent communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience
- Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative
- Numerate, accurate and confident and can work on own initiative
- Ability to work on own initiative and operationally as part of a team
