We’re not a traditional cold calling, KPI-driven business with a 360-recruitment style, we operate three separate teams that specialise working in tandem; our Three Pillar approach is:
- Talent Sourcing (sourcing & attracting and mapping candidates)
- Candidate Delivery (managing the candidate experience from cradle to grave)
- Sales & Client Services (finding, growing and managing client activity)
We operate a hybrid working environment (home & Bracknell, Berkshire office), utilising cloud and on-the-move mobile technologies. Day to day, we consider ourselves to be a Lean run organisation, incorporating Agile ways of working in our activities.
Our Delivery Consultant role
- Communicate effectively (phone & digitally)
- Interview candidates and qualify to their individual requirements and needs.
- Grow your own talent pool, interacting with them on a regular basis.
- Build respect, trust, knowledge and wisdom in your specialist area (such as Data, Security, Software Engineering, Software Testing, Infrastructure)
- Strive to determine the ‘good’ within the technologies and relevancies to each job.
- Take responsibility for managing yourself and your business desk in a disciplined, focused, and spirited style.
