What you will be doing:
You will support the Defence Security team and Secure Area Supervisor as a recognised practitioner and point of contact for our Secure Area business operations processes, techniques and tools focused on effective security management.
You will also:

Champion, define and deploying best practice Security processes, techniques and tools, in line with guidance from our Secure Area supervisor.

Support any internal or external audits under the guidance of our Secure Area supervisor.

Provide agile support to the wider Future Programmes team with administrative requests to enable your teammates to succeed. Days will be varied, one day you may help the team with logistics, the next day might be a security matter.

Collaborate with our security team upholding standards and monitoring of our Secure Area security controls.

Experienced Administrator demonstrating proactive accurate record keeping.

An excellent communicator effective at building relationships at all levels unphased by dealing with teammates, partners or customers with a different focus.

Able to assemble, analyse and manage data to support our Security organisation using the data to uphold standards whilst identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

Preferably experienced in handling Government classified assets.
The role is Bristol based, but travel both in the UK and overseas may also be required on an occasional basis.
