- Additional hours to cover absences of reception staff when required.
- Must be a British National to be able to obtain a UK security clearance.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work alongside our current receptionist in a job share. They will be the first point of contact to all visitors to SRC UK Ltd. This is a varied role, providing administrative support towards the effective running of the building. The successful candidate must be proactive and able to use their own initiative.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth running of reception.
- Issue staff and visitor passes.
- Book external contractors as required.
- Ensure all visitors and contractors are briefed with H&S, fire, and security requirements.
- Opening and closing of the building
- To provide call handling and mail sorting
- Maintain key register.
- Arrange catering and refreshments for training and inhouse requirements. Assist with functions and events when required.
- Organise room bookings.
- Administer low and high value purchase orders.
- Order stationery as required
- Ensure all regular and adhoc maintenance reported as required
