WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary and meeting management
Act as gatekeeper
Liaise with Clients and other stakeholders
Editing PowerPoint presentations
Travel booking to include flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries and visas
Manage expenses
Prepare packs/agendas/minutes
CRM data input and maintenance
Event support
WHO YOU ARE
A personable individual who is energetic, flexible and an excellent team player.
Requirements:
EA with at least 5-8 years’ proven PA/EA experience
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
Unflappable nature and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels
Excellent MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £75k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave.
