Creative Artworker

Location: This role is based in our office in Market Harborough.
Working Hours: Full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week 09:00 am-17:15 pm Monday to Friday with 45 minute lunch break.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Creative Director this role’s primary focus is to design and prepare all B2B/B2C and ad-hoc artwork for company related print and digital projects
In this role you will:
- Be accountable for ensuring all work produced is checked thoroughly and is error-free before submission for sign-off.
- Challenge our studio processes/ways of working and continually look to improve efficiency and better ways of working.
- Be responsible for maintaining a polished and consistent aesthetic across the day-to-day requirements from the Digital and Marketing teams whilst providing them with added flexibility and an increased capacity to react to the marketplace.
- Work closely with and support the whole Marketing team to produce the best quality marketing material possible within deadlines.
- Work to a design brief which outlines the job requirements and specifications.
- Create artworks for all print and digital material.
- Produce high quality print and digital artwork files and run required pre-flight and visual checks.
- Prioritise workflow and allocate appropriate time to meet agreed production deadlines.
- Discuss requirements of each job with the project leader to ensure design brief and schedule are understood and achievable.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Be able to keep calm under pressure with a high degree of flexibility to meet the demands in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Be passionate about multi-channel marketing and producing content across multiple sales channels.
- Take ownership for delivery of projects to time and quality.
- Challenge the status quo and drive change and growth.
