Because of exciting new plans in the works for 2023 Homebase are recruiting across multiple teams, including our Learning and Development team! As such we're seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join us on a permanent basis as soon as possible!
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm OR 9 am - 5 pm). Should you require flexible working arrangements, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate these where possible!
Location: We operate a hybrid working policy which means that you decide what works best for you! If that means working from home, then work from home. If you prefer to work in an office then you're welcome to work from the office. For this particular role, you will need to work from our Milton Keynes, Store Support Centre for 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). This may increase to 3/4 days per week for short periods in the run-up to our peak seasons.
Salary: £40000 - £45000 (DOE) plus Bonus

You'll take the lead and be the expert for our digital learning offering which reaches out to all our Team Members across Homebase. You’ll have opportunities to showcase your creative flair with content design and play a pivotal role in the coordination of our full Learning & Development offering.

- Our digital learning offering and day-to-day management of our learner experience platform
- Content design that is vibrant, creative and engaging across all audience and supports a blended style
- Development of increasing digital coordination for events and programmes
- Our Homebase Welcome to the Family induction and onboarding programme
- Digital capability when it comes to showing we add value and showcasing demonstratable results
Key Requirements:
- Taking responsibility for our digital learning offering and day-to-day management of our learner experience across our newly introduced Thrive platform.
- Digital coordination for our learning events and programmes
- Designing learning content that is vibrant, creative and engaging across all audience and supports a blended learning style
- Taking our Homebase Welcome to the Family induction and onboarding programme to the next level through your digital and learning skills
