Due to growth, they are looking for an HR Director to join them on a permanent basis

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Leading on strategic development of the company for the EMEA remit
• Facilitating the roll out of employee initiatives
• Advising senior stakeholders on the full employee lifecycle, including the CEO
• Leading a team of Senior Managers, HR Business Partners and Managers
• Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices
• Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience as a HR Director, ideally within a Fintech/Technology industry
• Strong strategic skills, with savvy minded analytic skills
• Be an agile thinker, being comfortable with no 2 days being the same
