Are you a self-starting Marketing Consultant who wants the opportunity to be involved in service delivery in support of NHS front-line care? Then this could be right up your street!
Working as part of the Marketing and Communications Integrated Care Systems team, and in collaboration with various in-house teams and external agencies, this broad-based role will be responsible for crafting, developing and delivering marketing strategies to achieve the income-generation, reputation-building and awareness-raising objectives of our ICS programme!
Primarily home based, but ideally located within one hour’s travelling distance of our Leeds office. Additional UK travel may be required occasionally.
What you will be doing:

Development and delivery of online and offline, market and account-based, marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign delivery including social media, PR, webinars, email campaigns, collateral development, web, and events

Development of compelling content for a range of audiences including clients and prospective clients, key collaborators and colleagues

Collection, reporting and evaluation of activity against agreed KPIs to demonstrate impact and value

Collaborating with in-house graphic design, the direct sales team, and other marcomms colleagues to optimise results

Developing market insights to highlight opportunities to meet client needs via both existing product ranges and product and service development

Engaging and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external knowledge sources to build an in-depth understanding of the business, its strategy and products, and the broader market in which it operates

Contributing to the review and revision of our marketing processes to help us define the art of the possible, drive efficiency and increase market penetration
What you will bring:

Marketing degree or similar qualification

Proven experience of developing, delivering and evaluating successful marketing strategies in a B2B arena

Strong stakeholder leadership skills, and the presence and personality to engage with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders at all levels

The ability to prioritise between sometimes competing projects, and the project management expertise to deliver optimally against multiple priorities at pace

Demonstrable experience of writing and developing accurate, compelling content for a range of audiences across a variety of channels

Creative thinking, flair and a good eye for design

Proficiency in applicable software and programs – MS Office, digital marketing platforms, design and social media tools
