Job overview
- Assist in producing accurate and timely data reports using college software, which includes technical support where appropriate.
- To assist in running the College's questionnaire and student report processes. These include:
- Induction.
- Student.
- Student/parent reports.
- Ofsted.
- End-of-year.
- College vs college benchmarking.
- Liaise closely with college managers to maintain and develop the college's data dashboard (Power BI).
- To assist the college's data programmer in updating the college's apprentice tracking software (Smart Assessor) with file uploads and identifying upload issues and queries.
- Identify and exploit opportunities to use new, existing, and emerging technologies to distribute and collect information.
- Support and assist staff members in understanding and managing their data using appropriate software, e.g. ProSolution/Strata/Dashboard/ProMonitor/CPOMS/Evolve.

What we're looking for
Qualifications
Essential
- Qualifications and GCSE grades 4 (C) or above in English and Maths, or level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.
- Level 2 IT qualification.
Desirable
Experience

- Vocational experience within a data or IT-focused environment.
- Experience in handling data and producing reports.
Knowledge
Essential
- Keen analytical approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective written skills.
- Strong IT Skills, particularly in Microsoft Access and Excel.
