Hours are between 9.00am – 5.00pm

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and flexible Junior Office Admin Assistant to join our small team in Stamford Centre.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receiving & sorting daily post bag
· Data input
· Planning and Requesting Data purchase
· Preparing data for monthly mailings
· Proof-reading
· Support Admin team
· Support Marketing team
· Preparing Marketing analysis and reports
· Update weekly/monthly sales reports
· Record keeping
· General administration
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of social media and marketing an advantage
- Able to multitask with an understanding of deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
As part of the Healthy Hearing team you’ll receive:
- A starting salary of £20,500 per annum (pro rata)
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata) (increasing to 30 days pro rata over 5 years)
