We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our growth team and become a catalyst
for this leap. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and win work with world-leading brands
and businesses.
Supported by our internal team and external consultants, you will input into strategic development,
manage sales agents, implement engaging campaigns and growth initiatives, and report success to
the board.
This role has a bonus package and is a flexible hybrid role. Predominately remote, requiring a
maximum of 2 days per week in our London office. We actively encourage people from a variety of
backgrounds with different experiences, skills and stories to join us and influence and develop our
working practice.
Responsibilities
- Inputting into and implementing our growth strategy
- Spot and develop new business and growth opportunities
- Create campaigns and initiatives
- Developing new sales materials/campaigns
- Lead and coordinate pitching including scoping, technical approach, design, costing, and
SOWs.
- Manage sales agents, consultants and internal resources
- Oversee operations of the growth department
- Provide reporting, data analytics, and ROI to the management team
