Job Description
- To ensure the successful and strategic financial management of the College and its day to day efficiency in all aspects of Finance.
- Act as Company Secretary
- To play a central role within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and make a significant contribution to whole school policies and ethos.
- To provide support and guidance to the SLT on all finance and operational matters.
- To provide strategic financial information for the Principal and the Governing Board, and to be responsible for the financial affairs of the College.
- To provide and oversee operational management for all aspects of business services including finance, facilities management, catering, IT services and health and safety.
- To maintain the systems and processes in place and identify new ones to support the College
- Promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the school’s learning objectives.
- To be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school operational staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school.
