Full Time Team Leader Tortilla - London Euston Station

We are looking for Full Time Team Leader to join our team at Tortilla - London Euston Station.
As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between6am and 11:30pm including weekends.

Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

• Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
• Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
• Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
• Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
• Trains the team on brand standards
• Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector

Requirements for Team Leader:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
• Ability to work in the kitchen as well as customer facing areas - this role requires not only serving customers but preparing food orders as well.
