Contractual location is Poole but working from home and coming into Poole 2 days a week

To support our vision to save every one, we’re looking for Marketing Administrator who can provide efficient and effective administrative support for our important fundraising activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced fundraising team at a successful national charity.
This is the role for a driven Marketing Administrator with high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and appetite to make a real difference through fundraising. You will have an ability to work across varied projects and tasks across all parts of the team, and your diligent and organised approach will allow you to support the smooth delivery of our campaigns.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Efficient task management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to listen, gather and document information
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in marketing or fundraising
- Experience of budget and reporting administration
- Skills in proofreading
We are offering this role within our Individual Giving Fundraising team, where you’ll support a range of activities including fundraising appeals including our lottery, marketing activities that will help to bring in new donors to the charity and a revamp of the RNLI membership offering.
Day-to-day your workload will be varied and flexible. Some of your responsibilities will include management of campaign deliverables, proofing and checks, performance reporting, budget administration, task list management, and responding to marketing materials requests.
