The role is not a call centre position it involves telephone based duties and administration.
Salary: £21,154 per annum
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm - no weekend work!
Day to Day Duties:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

Taking customer orders over the telephone

Checking stock
-
Liaising with customers

Informing customers of their delivery times

Updating the in house system
-
Administration duties
Essential Skills:
-
Ability to multi task with great attention to detail.

Excellent telephone manner and a team player
Desirable Experience:
-
Previous Customer Service experience, this can be in a customer facing role or telephone based.
