We have vacancies at the Roman Baths for seasonal Visitor Experience Hosts to join our Front of House team, working weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays).
This is an ideal opportunity to join an award-winning team, working in a busy but enjoyable historical environment.
Duties include welcoming and engaging with our visitors, managing visitor entry, selling tickets and guidebooks, issuing and collecting audio guides, patrolling the site, security invigilation and giving guided tours.
Starting date: Saturday 18th March 2023
Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a very friendly manner and excellent customer care and communication skills.
Experience of operating tills is essential and the ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful as would an interest in history.
Full training and a uniform will be provided.
