What you will do as a Front Office Team Leader

The Front Office Team will look for ways in which guests’ arrival and departure experience can be enhanced.

  • Responsible for all Front Office functions during the day shift
  • Responsible for following up on all room moves
  • Responsible for ensuring that the team is achieving their WOH enrollment / Upsells and Adopt-A-Guest objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring that all breaks are taken on time
  • Responsible for ensuring that all cash procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • The role includes supervising and training Hosts, as well as assisting the Assistant Guest Service Manager cooperating to the smooth and efficient running of the department.
