Role: Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £10.78 per hour – paid weekly every Friday

Location: Nottingham (NG16)
The Hours: On a 4 week rota shifts can fall between 8am and 6pm Monday to Sunday
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our client existing team based in Nottingham. You will be completing 4 weeks of training before being entered onto the 4 week rota.
This is an on site role so you must be able to commute to the office in Nottingham (NG16)
To reduce the environmental impact of travelling to the office, you will work from home 1 week per month.
What will you be doing?
- Prioritise and clear the queue having contacted clients and customers to establish correct addresses / label / packaging issues
- Ensure a timely response to email queries from customer service i.e. addresses queries/delivery disputed within an agreed SLA of 24 hours via Telephone and Email.
- Conduct thorough investigation of all undelivered parcels to ensure compliance and full resolution to the end customer
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills preferably from a call centre environment.
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload & multitask
- A clear & confident communicator
