Working as part of our People Services Team, with a focus on recruitment, you'll play a vital role in supporting all recruitment activities for an amazing variety of teams across the organisation, making this a great opportunity for someone with superb administration skills and an interest in Recruitment and HR administration.
Here’s what you can expect to do in the role:
- Manage a diverse range of recruitment campaigns, supporting managers from implementing sourcing and selection strategies to arranging interviews and preparing contracts.
- Act as the first point of contact for all applicant and candidate queries, promoting and delivering an excellent recruitment experience at all times.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a positive candidate experience along the way and a smooth induction into the organisation.
- Undertake research into the recruitment market to understand and tailor advice on recruitment strategies, and when appropriate, work with external recruitment partners.
- Work with the wider People Services team to provide lifecycle support and guidance to employees and managers.

About you
- Some previous administrative experience is needed, and you'll be keen to develop your Recruitment and HR skills and take the next step in your HR career.

Organised with an ability to work at pace, you'll juggle a varied workload, effectively balancing priorities and deadlines whilst understanding the importance of delivering service excellence.

- Digitally fluent and with exceptional attention to detail, you'll be able to maintain systems, use MS Office with ease and communicate through online technologies.

Articulate written and analytical skills are important, and you'll be comfortable drafting everything from employment documents to advertising copy.
The role is based at Buckingham Palace but with flexibility for some remote working.
