Salary: From £19,554 to £21,995 depending on level of experience & competitive bonus scheme

Location: Huddersfield

Contract: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Due to another significant new business win with a leading UK insurer, our Engineering team is growing and we’re looking for experienced Administrators to join us.


As a Total Loss Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all inspections are arranged in a timely manner and the time to authorise repairs is kept to a minimum. With a pro-active approach to claims management, you will ensure that all claims are progressing as planned, having challenging conversations with our repair network, insurers and both fleet and third-party customers when needed. You will tailor processes to best fit the client and find inventive solutions in order to ensure prompt settlement of our client’s claims, while providing the very highest standards of customer service.


What’s in it for you?

Salary- From £19,554 to £25,732 depending on level of experience.

About You:


Experience in Administration and a good understanding of the Insurance industry would be ideal but it’s not essential. What is most important to us is that:

  • You’ll be self-motivated, with an eye for detail and proven problem-solving skills.
  • You’ll gain genuine satisfaction from finding ways to continually provide exceptional customer service and improve product offering.
  • You’re an outstanding communicator, have strong questioning and listening skills, together with strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge information to get the best result for our customer whilst quickly developing rapport with customers and suppliers over the phone.
  • You’re a team player and strive to ensure the achievement of personal goals as well as providing support to colleagues.
  • You’re comfortable working on computers, including the use of bespoke systems along with Microsoft packages.
