Front of House (Day) - 30 hours Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a personable and highly organised candidate for our exciting new development based in Sheffield (10m to the train station). You will be responsible for ensuring that all Front of House services are carried out to a high standard and are delivered timely, accurately and in a cost effective manner. You will act as the face of the building with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and genuine care for the property.
What you will be doing

Support residents via Front Desk

Parcel Management and Key Management
-
To co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance

Complete weekly fire alarm test , and monthly emergency light tests

To ensure accurate enquiry data is input onto the property management software in a timely manner

To respond to maintenance requests and arranging for works to be carried out.

To monitor CCTV and alarm systems at all times during shift.

To carry out regular building and safety checks

To rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies

Putting communal bins out for the council to collect on a weekly basis
Skills and experience required:

Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and on own initiative.

Attention to detail and high standards in cleanliness.

Health and Safety knowledge and Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems.

Customer service experience, including dealing with difficult situations.
