Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: Basics – £22K – 28K – realistic OTE £40K – £50K

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Negotiators for a well-established market leading estate agency located within the prime property locations of Richmond upon Thames and surrounding areas. This opportunity is open to sales negotiators possessing a track record in property sales with the gravitas to sell high value properties.
The successful candidate will be working within a dynamic team and contributing to the success of the organisation. This is a great opportunity to run your own desk and develop key relationships.
Person Specification: –
- A sales negotiator with a successful track record in property sales – ideally within Richmond upon Thames, SW London or Surrey or Middx areas.
- Highly motivated, aiming to capitalise in the current busy property sales market for buyers and sellers.
- Results driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Rapport builder with excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment
- High degree of professionalism and initiative
- Will possess a full clean driving licence and own car
- Proficient on MS office and IT systems
- Live or based within an easily commutable distance from Twickenham, Hounslow or or Richmond upon Thames.
Key responsibilities: –
- Advising potential purchasers immediately when a new property becomes available
- Negotiating terms between the vendor and purchaser
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgagors and other parties involved in the chain
- Acting for the vendor to ensure all parties move with minimum stress and delay
- Valuations, listing, planning marketing campaigns and maintaining close contact with the client
