Summary of Position: The Client Services Project Manager role works within our Client Services function; the team work to establish excellent client relationships to empower our clients by use of our innovative technology.
The role will suit a motivated individual who has experience in Project Management, ideally within IT. They will contribute to the growth of an SME technology business; working within the Collections & Recoveries sector of the Financial Services Industry. Our clients range from Utilities and Telecoms, Banks and other Credit Originators.
The Client Services Project Manager will report to the Senior Client Services Project Manager along with the Head of Client Services. They will be client-facing; developing project specifications, building relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in order to progress the client through project implementation; They will strive for efficient, timely and successful conclusion of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Client Services Project Manager and Head of Client Services, the Client Services Project Manager will:
· Provide support in project definition, planning and delivery phases, in line with the business and Client needs.
· Drive the planning and managing of the project lifecycle and management of stakeholders, risks, quality, budget and timeframes.
· Attend Client meetings to build effective relationships, help define the project scope and develop a strong understanding of client goals
· Identify resources, assign responsibilities and monitor completion of tasks
· Coordinate and communicate all Project Management related activities, both internal and external
· Managing a repeatable process on multiple projects
· Supporting the Senior Client Services Project Manager, in prioritising the change board requests and impact assessment of how the change(s) affects the project(s). Alongside understanding the necessary plans to implement the change(s).
· Ensure project documentation is complete and correctly stored in accordance with ISO9001 and Qualco maintained standards.
· Understanding of basic P/L and forecasting requirements for budget purposes
· Develop and maintain knowledge of our product and services
Skills/experience: The ideal candidate will show an ability to define, own and solve business problems, take initiative, and have a proactive approach, as well as communication skills, an analytical mind, problem solving skills, customer focus and teamwork skills.
Along with having experience of working in a project management, client-facing role. They will have good project management skills and an ability to balance project constraints and competing priorities, as well as stakeholder management skills with good communication skills and have demonstrated a proven ability in building key client and stakeholder relationships.
In addition, the following qualifications/skills are beneficial:
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Capable of developing and delivering formal presentations to senior executives
· Knowledge of project management toolsets and methodologies; Prince2 and Agile PM, MS Project and Smartsheets
· SQL server (desirable)
· Power BI/ Business Objects (desirable)
· Desired knowledge and experience of the Collections and Recoveries Marketplace
· Knowledge of ISO standards 27001, 9001, 14001

Salary: £49,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
