Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Heating Engineer
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Heating Engineer in the Heating Compliance Team. Our primary role is to carry out Gas Safety checks across our entire existing Housing stock. Keeping Karbon Homes compliant and our customers safe.
About the role
This role is to fill a vacancy within our Heating Compliance Team. You will be responsible for carrying out Service/Repair across our housing stock
About you
The successful applicant must be fully qualified to undertake work on gas installations, ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in service, repair and fault finding. We would also welcome applications from those with suitable qualifications and experience in air source heat pumps, oil boilers, and solid fuel appliance service and repair.

The successful candidate will work in our Heating Compliance team led by the Heating Compliance Team Managers: Jamie Fryatt/Darren Newbould.

- Heating Engineer – permanent role
- Salary is £32,518 per annum
- Location: Newburn/Stanley (TBC)
- Regular travel will be required. Exact patch to be decided post interview
- 37 Hours per week on a working pattern rota
- Fully stocked company van
- You will be required to participate in an on-call rota for out of hours emergencies, which attracts additional payments
