Junior Business Manager Associate Skills:

The primary responsibilities of the Junior Business Manager Associate Include:
Interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis
Working with our Marketing team on various events
Maintaining impactful relationships with existing customers
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
Preparing presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
Developing quotes and proposals
Maintaining client relationships to boost retention
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
When it comes to team leadership, day-to-day duties Junior Business Manager tasks typically include:
Coach and train junior staff members on POS and SOPs
Develop daily plans for trainees
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport
Working on new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences and sales and marketing events
Salary:
- Starting salary: £24,000 - £26,000.
- With £32,000 OTE.

As this is a face 2 face role it requires candidates to be able to commute to Edinburgh where our office is based!
